I do not accept insurance. However, I can generate a Super Bill for you to facilitate potential insurance reimbursement, depending on your plan.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed combined invoice that includes information about your therapy sessions, such as dates, services provided, and therapist credentials. You can submit this to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Online sessions are available if appropriate for a client’s situation.
How do I get started?

What happens during the free consultation call?
The free consultation call is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if the practice feels like the right fit. you’ll have a chance to share what brings you to therapy, and I’ll explain my approach and whether I may be a good fit for your needs.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Your privacy is protected by law. As a therapist I am legally and ethically required to protect your privacy and keep your information secure. See our privacy policy here.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept credit and debit cards, as well as FSA and HSA payment cards. I keep your payment card on file and charge it after each session.
Will I receive a receipt for my payment?
Yes. You can request a receipt monthly.
Can I get reimbursement from my FSA/HSA?
Yes. You can request reimbursement from your FSA or HSA using the receipts or superbill for therapy services.
